is our Background?
IMPACT Technology Group was founded by Lee DeNoya and LJ Jurkovic.
Lee and LJ have different backgrounds, but believe in the same
goals.
Lee co-founded IMPACT Technology Group after being with a major
international consulting firm for over 12 years. Lee was in charge of
multiple large projects across the spectrum of the consumer packaged goods industry. He has a proven track record of helping clients implement projects faster with impact to the top
and bottom lines. Lee has very deep knowledge of business
processes and balances practicality with structure in his application
of methodology.
LJ co-founded IMPACT Technology Group after being a consultant for many years working for agencies across the United States. He has been involved with SAP R/2 and SAP R/3 implementations since 1991 in Canada and the United States. He has world class electronic commerce, functional SAP, and ABAP development skills.
Lee and LJ decided to create IMPACT Technology Group on the basis of trust. Trust between each other, trust between the Group Members and their clients, and trust between themselves and the Group Members. They feltthat by combining the experience they gained from working in different roles on many projects, by learning from mistakes made by other companies, they could build a company that could attract and maintain relationships with clients and skillful people.
So far the concept has been well accepted by clients and Group Members. Since founding in Feb. 1997 IMPACT Technology Group has exceeded projected revenues, number of clients, and projected number of Group Members while at the same time sticking to their principles of providing only the most highly skilled Group Members and filling only "anchor person" roles.
