is our Background?
IMPACT Technology Group was founded by Lee DeNoya and Longin Jurkovic.
Lee and Longin have different backgrounds, but believe in the same
goals.
Lee co-founded IMPACT Technology Group after being with a major international
consulting firm for over 12 years. Lee was in charge of multiple large
projects across many industries. He has a proven track record of helping
clients implement projects faster and on-time and that actually let
them drive more money to their bottom line. Lee has very deep knowledge
of business processes and implementations. He has practical, experience-based
abilities to frame and execute SAP efforts from business case development
to planning, building and implementing SAP for clients.
Longin co-founded IMPACT Technology Group after being a consultant
for many years working for agencies across the United States. He has
been involved with SAP R/2 and SAP R/3 implementations since 1991
in Canada and the United States. He has world class electronic commerce,
functional SAP, and ABAP development skills.
Lee and Longin decided to create IMPACT Technology Group on the basis
of trust. Trust between each other, trust between the Group and their
clients, and trust between themselves and the Group Members. They
felt that by combining the experience they gained from working in
different roles on many projects, by learning from mistakes made by
other companies, they could build a company that could attract and
maintain relationships with clients and skillful people.
So far the concept has been well accepted by clients and Group Members.
Since founding in Feb. 1997 IMPACT Technology Group has exceeded projected
revenues, number of clients, and projected number of Group Members
while at the same time sticking to their principles of accepting only
the most highly skilled Group Members and accepting only "anchor
person" roles.
